More than ever, worship leaders need to think of themselves as leaders in the broadest sense of the term. Realizing this, Jason Hatley and Nelson Searcy, both of the Journey Church in Manhattan, founded an organization to provide general leadership training to worship leaders. They called the organization Worship Leader Insights and came to Synergema for a complete online solution. Synergema provided design for the site and integrated numerous features that include podcasting and an online store. The site also takes advantage of MassCampaign to manage an email newsletter that focuses on effective leadership, worship planning, personal development and more.
