Church Leader Insights (CLI), founded by Nelson Searcy, focuses on effective leadership, church growth, church planting evangelism and much more. The business model for CLI depends on using the Internet as a mechanism to deliver products and services. In its original form, however, the CLI site was based on a free, open-source program that had many problems and bugs that affected growth. Synergema revised CLI’s online strategy to include several key components: a new navigation scheme, a new design, a new e-commerce management system, and an email marketing campaign. After implementing the changes recommended by the strategy, Synergema also helped Nelson Searcy develop two sister-sites of CLI — one to support his book Church from Scratch and another Worship Leader Insights to help worship leaders become stronger leaders.
