- 3+ years applied web development
- intermediate to pro in LAMP and loves trying something new (including Ruby & Merb)
- detail oriented and an extroverted people person with a keen sense of communication skills
- thrives in a start-up environment and wearing more than one hat, and doing what it takes to get the job done

2. Looking for an EE friend (a.k.a., Front-end Developer)
We are hiring an EE (Expression Engine) friendly person. You would be one of the team players of Synergema that would be working closely with our Defenders of Creativity to beautiful Web sites. This person needs to be…
- in love with EE with a strong disdain for lacking CMS systems that force you into a mold when it comes to building a site. (we hate molds),
- someone that enjoys working in their pj’s, loves buffalo chicken cheesesteaks, and occasionally takes showers (okay, this isn’t really a requirement),
- someone who knows how to build a Web standards Web site using Expression Engine, knows a little bit of PHP and MySQL, and especially someone who knows how to make a site beautiful.
Overall you would be building Web sites that would require front-end work and sometimes this might involve getting your hands dirty in a little PHP code to make things shine.
